Terms of Service — The Broadcast

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on The Broadcast ("Service"), operated by The Unfair AI LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Broadcast is an AI-powered show website platform. We use Claude (Anthropic) to generate website copy based on intake information you provide. Generated content is unique to your input but we do not guarantee it is free from similarity to other generated outputs.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information. You may not share accounts or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you provide (show name, descriptions, episode audio, etc.). The AI-generated copy produced from your intake is yours to use. You grant us a limited license to display and serve your content as part of operating the platform.

5. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if the Service does not work as described — contact support@theunfairai.com.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
