Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect your email address and name when you create an account. We collect show information you enter during onboarding (show name, description, audience, RSS feed URL). We collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service (generate your site, sync your episodes, send transactional emails), to communicate with you about your account, and to improve the platform. We do not sell your data.

3. AI processing

Your intake information is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your show website copy. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including row-level security on all database tables.

5. Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing (they store your payment details — we never see your card number), Resend for transactional email, Anthropic for AI generation, and Vercel for hosting.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@theunfairai.com. We will delete your data within 30 days. You may also export your site content from the dashboard.
